“This is a superb apartment for a holiday. The view is amazing (exactly like on the photos), there is a huge balcony with a table and chairs - ideal for having breakfast and/or dinner, and there are two sun beds as well.

Both balconies are equipped with sun shield remoted from inside.
The kitchen is very modern, trendy and well equipped; we had everything for preparing any kind of dishes.
Generally the apartment is very practical and convenient. Parking is free in the street too, however the guests have access to the private garage too (elevator type garage).
There is a bus stop 20m away (small bus; ideal to go to Menton) and there is another bus stop 100m away in the upper street (Nr. 100 bus).
This one brings you along the cost everywhere for 1,5 EUR.
The railway station is 5 min walking down the stairs.
The beach is also 5 min walking down under the tunnel. The beach is lovely and quiet we spent every day there, and did not want to seek another at all.
There are pebbles on the beach, however there are plenty of showers.
There is a smallish snack bar too. Do not miss to discover the mediavel village and castle on the top of the hill.
Car or at least a scooter is a must in this town.”
“Cristina was a very fine host, and the location of the apartment in the hills above the sea is very good, with stunning views from the tip of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin all the way down to Monaco, and all the hills above.

The studio apartment is on the top floor (nice) - the combination living room (with comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa) / kitchen, and the bathroom are very reasonably sized, particularly in comparison to others we've stayed in on this trip, and the large L-shaped deck with the stunning views has us planning our return trip.
The apartment is very modern, and well-appointed, and the outdoor swimming pool a few floors down is a very nice bonus.
The apartment is very closely located (short walk) to the closest metro bus line stop (the "100" line) - the "100" bus line runs all the way between Nice and Menton for just $1.50 euro between any two stops you choose (excellent value and very easy). The closest train station is a roughly 15-20 minute walk fairly steeply downhill (uphill back) - while certainly do-able, it would be a real challenge with multiple luggage, bags, etc. That walk down the hill also gets you to a coastline (sea-level) walkway/trail that runs all the way between Menton and Monaco. It's a bit up-and-down hill in places, and a bit rough in stretches between Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Monaco, but we did each half of the trail on two separate days and really enjoyed it, and the views are fantastic. Cristina's apartment is certainly recommended!”

”My boyfriend and I stayed in Roquebrune Cap Martin for three nights and this apartment really made the weekend perfect. We specifically chose it for it's close proximity to E-1027, which you can walk to within 10 minutes.The view is more stunning than the photos show, and the terrace overlooking the sea is wonderful for relaxing while watching the sunset. Cap was a gracious and communicative host. When we return to Roquebrune we will definitely stay here again.

”Nous avons passé de formidables vacances dans le logement de Cap. Tout était parfait! Rien à redire. L'accueil était irréprochable, et l'appartement extrêmement bien équipé. La proximité avec Monaco et Menton est très agréable, de plus Nice n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres ce qui permet d'élargir les visites touristiques. Pour finir, la vue qu'offre l'appartement est extraordinaire, je conseille vivement pour les amateurs de confort.

”Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine chez Cristina, notre hôte était charmante, l'appartement était très joli et la cuisine très bien équipée. Une vue magnifique de la terrasse (où nous prenions nos repas) et la plage du Buse juste en bas fait aussi un atout de ce lieu.

”We enjoyed our stay, especially the stunning views from the 2 terraces. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and not having to struggle to find parking! They were very accommodating with our check-in even though we were delayed. We will coose this apartment on our next visit to Roquebrune.

”Très belle appartement au calme, très Bien équipé rien ne manque ,avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, la terrasse et vraiment spacieuse pour en profiter pleinement, la plage est à seulement 10 min à pied, il y’a un très bon restaurant là bas qui s’appelle le cabanon on y mange très bien. Ont a passer un super séjour je recommande cette endroit.

”Nous avons passé un agréable séjour! L’appartement était très bien situé, à 3km de Monaco, 21 km de Nice, 2km de Menton... Ce que je retiens surtout de ce logement, c’est la VUE, elle à couper le souffle!! Néanmoins, je regrette l’absence de la piscine, surtout que nous avons payé, entre autre, pour l’avoir! Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé c’est le manque d’honnêteté car on nous a pas prévenu avant notre arrivée que la piscine était en travaux, c’est nous mêmes avons découvert que la piscine était vide!
